Under Supervision is the practice of pichhhardo — director, producer, composer and creative technologist — and a circle of senior collaborators assembled per project. We supervise the crossing between disciplines so that image, sound, code and direction arrive aligned.

Direction
Idea before infrastructure.
Every project starts with a directional brief — image, sound, system — written before the first asset is touched. The brief is what we defend through production.
Production
Senior craft, smaller teams.
We assemble small teams of senior practitioners — DPs, producers, composers, technical directors — so the people closest to the work are also the ones answering for it.
Curation
The eye is part of the studio.
We treat output the way a gallery treats a programme — selected, sequenced and accountable. What leaves the studio is what we were willing to put a name on.
Under Supervision is built on the suspicion that the most interesting work today lives between disciplines. Between film and code. Between gallery and club. Between brand and artwork. Our practice supervises that crossing — with the rigour of a production studio and the ear of a curator.

Delivery & Live
From master files to opening night: post-production, on-site technical direction, run-of-show and after-care for live activations.
